My printer will not print my business cards straight?
I have an HP 1300 and am trying to print business cards
I would say about 1 in every times I try to print a sheet of the cards on the cardstock paper, they come out great. The other 2 out of 3 times, the printer will misprint. Sometimes the alignment is off so that it prints on a slant. Other times the printing is exactly straight, but it will start too high with no top margin (this ruins my cards because it prints outside of the perforations and thus it prints off the card). This is wasting a lot of ink and paper.
Does anyone know how to fix this.

You can print an alignment page and align the printer. Check the printer documentation.
