Como se dice? Spanish help!! Buscamos una persona que....?
I need to figure out how to conjugate some verbs in this phrase "buscamos una persona que..." the following phrases are as follows.. with my answers (idk if they are correct or not) next to them in CAPS.
Buscamos una person que......
1) ser flexible ---> SEA FLEXIBLE
2) estar dispuesto a trabajar horas extras --->ESTUVIERA DISPUESTO A TRABAJAR HORAS EXTRAS
3) tener un M.B.A. ---> TENGA UN M.B.A.
4) saber idiomas -----> SEPA IDIOMAS
5) trabajar bien en equipo- ----> TRABAJADOR BIEN EN EQUIPO
6) aconsejar a los clientes ----> NO IDEA???
I don't know if I am correct so please correct me if I'm wrong.. but this is an indefinite antecedent so does it need to be in the subjunctive form? ANY feedback, correction, or explanation would be great. ThX!

2) estar dispuesto a trabajar horas extras --->ESTE DISPUESTA A TRABAJAR HORAS EXTRAS
3) tener un M.B.A. ---> TENGA UN M.B.A.
4) saber idiomas -----> SEPA IDIOMAS [sounds not profesional- it'll be better to say HABLE IDIOMAS]
5) trabajar bien en equipo- ----> TRABAJE BIEN EN EQUIPO
6) aconsejar a los clientes ----> ACONSEJE A LOS CLIENTES
