whats the fastest and easiest way to press a flower?

I have never pressed flowers before and i want to press some to put in a scrapbook but i don't know how. and the less time is takes the happier i'll be. i don't plan on making this a hobby so i don't want to spend much money on it. but what are some flowers that produce good results when pressed?

I agree with heavy books, however to protect the pages from color transferring. I place a couple layers of paper towel or kleenex in with the flower. I put them in the back of a big dictionary then stack 2-3 big heavy books on top of the closed dictionary. Takes a few days to a week dep. on how thick the flower is. And don't use quilted towel, or you'll have designs pressed into the flowers!
Also, when I was a girl scout we made our own flower presses out of two square pieces of board and some heavy screws. You just screw the boards together to increase tension, you could probably find instructions online to make one. But I think the book method is the easiest.
