What type of scrapbook or Album should I use?
I am throwing a surprise birthday party for a milestone birthday and probably one of the few times we will have friends and family all in one place for awhile so I wanted to create a Photo album/Guest book for the guests to sign while they wait for the guest of honor.
I have one of the new Polaroid Pogo instant camera and built in printer that is similar to the old polaroid camera with instant pics printed. The pics are smaller of course than a standard printed pic but they have a sticky back on them.
Because the pics are not standard size they can take their pics and fill out a page for the guest of honor and stick their pic where ever they'd like.......but what kind of book should I use? I have not been able to find a plain page book. One that doesn't have plastic sleeve inserts for each page protection or a photo album with individual pic pockets on them.
Looking for a standard page size like 8.5 x 11.

You can actually make your own album fairly easily bu going to a printer and asking them to cut some pages for you to order. They can also punch holes in the pages for you so you can slip bookbinding rings through them.
Then you can either leave the pages blank and let people cover them in their own choice of paper and embellishments, or set the pages up in a particular way to allow people to adhere their photos and journal on the pages.
You can also make photo wallets out of heavier cardstock or make a paper bag album. Then you will have pockets for people to put things in as well. Or you can make albums from chipboard and make as many pages as you want.
You don't have to have plastic page protectors when making any of these albums.
I've taken part in Circle Journal swaps where we have made albums to our swap specifications before sending them around to each other.
