How do you get rid of that little layer of fat that lies over your abs?
my abs show through good but i think they would be even better if i had slightly less fat on them, (not that they look bad now) even thouhg the awnsers may be obvious i still want to know..thanks
run...yeah if you're doing crunches/ab workouts that helps to define them but you still won't see them as much until you get less fat over the top. You need to do a cardio to burn fat. The best way would be running or running intervals would prolly be even better for this.
