This question is for any knowledable stamp collector.?
I came across about 40 FIRST DAY ISSUES of commemorative stamps for the United States Bicentennial. The stamps come form foreign countries such as the Netherlands, Antigua, England etc.
They are in perfect shape mounted under a sheet of plastic and a few paragraphs talking about the United States etc. They all have a certificate of authenticity from the American Revolution Bicentennial Administration.
What are these worth?
