How do you get your picture posted on Perez Hilton's blog page under ADorations?

My friends and I sent our picture to Perez Hilton to be posted on his blog with the caption "We love Perez!" much like many people do on his ADorations section. He never posted it and it has been a couple of months. I was wondering if you have to donate money or if there is a special way to get it posted? Thanks!!!

he gets 8million views on his website a day.
he probably gets ALOT of fan pictures.
he cant put them all up. he probably just chooses the first ones on his email.
