Can anyone tell me what color this is? 10 points.?
Hello. I recently bought this rubber stamp:

Instead of black, I'm looking for a matching ink pigment that looks just like the cover on the wood top. However, I have a hard time telling what exact shade it is. Any color name suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you! 10 points for best answer ![]()
Thanks! Yes, I do mean the graphic itself
If you mean the artistry, I imported the picture into the Paint software. I analyzed the colors and picked the average: I get "brown" but specifically, RGB=119 70 30 respectively. If you mean the lighter color of the wood, not the art, I would use RGB 218 202 169.
EDIT: RGB stands for Red Green Blue. 3 primary colors. I use the Pick Color tool and hold the mouse button and let it go on a color/then colors...edit/define custom colors. You know also that the lighting used in the photo at an unknown angle and intensity may have affected my choice too.
You can go to a Home Depot and in the paint dept you can ask them to mix paints using these numbers, I think. My friend ordered paint at HD. I think they use a number system. I have maybe 2 times ordered paint and I just gave them numbers. Or any store that sells paint. Like Whitehouse Paint.
You could take the thing with you to the store.
