Snapping sound when I punch?
When ever I punch hard(I can punch hard) , Its creates some sort of snap noise inside my elbow bone, sorta like a soft clicking sound, it does not hurt or anything, im just wondering if its uncommon, it feels weird because it happens inside my bone and it feels like my bone is seperating from each other when i punch but not literally
it sounds just like cracking your knuckles
im 12 yrs old.......
