Does love really keep no record of wrongs?

I am having a hard time getting over the fact my boyfriend lied to me about a girl he is talking to. I love him, but I cant forget it, I think about it everyday, and it still hurts that he lied.

why are you stopping him from talking to this girl? coz unless he has cheated with her, you have no right to tell him who he speaks to. If there is a past between, which went on behind your back, then its not the fact he is talking to her, its because of the original hurt he caused, and lack of trust you have for them to be around each other.
True love does mean forgiving, moving on but not always forgetting, however, i dont think this is the problem here, if he did cheat on you with this girl, then the problem is trust.And no relationship can survive without trust. If he hasnt cheated on you with her, then you have a problem with control, by allowing him to talk to some people and not others, he is not your own personal puppet, and you decide his every move. Either way there is defently a problem here. Every relationship if strong enough can get through anything, as long as you both know what the problem is.
