Tattoo questions Please Help me!?

I really want to get a tattoo, I have been thinking about it for years now but there's several problems
First off, I don't have any ideas because I do not want it to be something I regret later on so I would want something meaningful..but I have no originality or imagination Please help me(but no "premade" stuff, i don't wanna tell my children my tat idea is just smthing off yahoo answers lol)
Second, I do not know where, depending on the pain factor, dependind on where it's most likely to be pretty, etc.
For the "meaningful part"and the placement, maybe some information about me would help??
I am 22, french (celtic origins), speak chinese, blondish (lets say really really really light brown with golden hues), blue eyes, pretty small (5 f 3/4), don't want a "tramp stamp", want to be able to show it if I want to, temperament wise, people say im "fiery", if that helps.
Sorry if some of this information is completely useless but, just to make sure...

Ne pas savoir quel dessin choisir ni où le mettre est sans doute une indication que ce tattoo n'est peut-être pas vraiment souhaité?...
Tu me rappelles quelqu'un qui, à 25 ans s'est fait infliger sur les reins un symbole ésotérique tortueux, très "in". Une demi-douzaine d'années plus tard, les contours sont diffus comme une tache d'encre sur un mauvais buvard, les couleurs totalement fades, et je porte des maillots de bains de grand'mère pour dissimuler ce petit désastre. Cela me coûtera une petite fortune pour m'en débarrasser, à peu près, car cela laissera quand même des traces.
A lire entre tes lignes tu sembles une jolie fille, mignonne, polyglotte, et ce ne sont pas ces gravures dans la peau qui nous embellissent, bien au contraire. C'est ton choix, je ne t'aide pas dans ce sens, mais tu nous as demandé une opinion…
