I purchased w/no instructions a 4X6" PSX Blank Stamp Pad....?
...It's white with a foam(?) bottom/no protection.
Top (has blue label "Personal Stamp Exchange Blank Stamp Pad Santa Rosa, California. The tops snaps open & a white pad appears (? some kind of hard material). How do I use? What kind of ink. Is something missing? Afraid to experiment because of a possible horrible mess! THANK YOU SO MUCH - HELP!

if you have those extra rows, the width of the mesh should not matter, you will be able to sew the piece to the back. all the details of how to finish a piece are included in the above link.
