The original article doesn't have any photos - it's apparently just a full description of the process. you can find it at the Origami USA website at http://www.origami-usa.org/archives/id00004_1.html

While not a money fold, you can find instructions for a well designed star of david - not a solid one, but one you can see right through from a single uncut square - in Jeremy Shafer's book "Origami to Astonish and Amuse. He also features the instructions on his Bay Area Rapid Folders website, barf.cc at http://www.barf.cc/jeremy/origami/PDF_diags/Designs/designs.html
