How To Use Super Combos And Ultra Combos In Street Fighter 4?

I recently just purchased Street Fighter 4 and its a pretty fun game but they got these super combos and ultra combo attacks. I was wondering if anybody knew what to press to use them because when I go to the command list (which lists what characters has what attacks and what to press) there are two problems, one being the font is super small and difficult to read and two, it does not list buttons it just shows arrows and red dots. I am not understanding this and would greatly appreciate it if somebody could clear this up for me, thanks.

You have 4 EX bars which you must let fill up before you can execute your Super Combo.
You also have a revenge meter to execute your Ultra Combo which is filled up the more you're opponent beats on you.
