Which Thomas the Tank Engine set should I start my son on?
I'm confused by all the different types (Trackmaster, Take Along, etc.). My son is 1 and a half and just loves Thomas. My wife and I want to get him a set that he will be able to enjoy for a while. We have heard some are being discontinued. It's just too much.
I recommend you stick with the Wooden Railway System. AllAboardToys.com offers the complete Thomas & Friends wooden collection. The wooden track track is compatible with other wooden railway systems, such as Brio. Here are some links that might help you.
