is this a good outfit for the first day of school?

this is what i have in mind. is it okay? i'm going to be in gr.10 =)
i don't know which color would be better for the shirt and i also don't know should i wear flats or sneakers. tell me what YOU think XD. also some suggestions for more outfits would be helpful as well. or maybe just links for clothing items. btw, do you happen to know where can i get the harajuku bag? not online but in a store.
ps. will i tote bag be better for high school or a book bag and where can i get BENCH and FCUK hoodies in the states? nordstorms? i don't mean the orginal stores tho.

wear the navy tank, white shirt, green sneakers, you don't need a purse at school! try going to aeropostale or a&f or hollister and they have amazingly cute toteish bags that would probably match the navy tank. those stores also have cute.. EVERYTHING!!! also american eagle. look around.
