Can I transfer music from my iTouch to the same account on my computer without connecting it?

Here's what happened:
I usually purchase music on my iTouch, but I hardly ever connect it to my computer. The iTunes account on my iPod is the same account as on my computer; they both use the same credit card number. Recently, my iTouch got wet and broke, so I have about 100 songs I bought on my iPod and I can't figure out how to get them on my computer... please help! =)

You can get all songs from iPod Touch to computer as long as all songs are on the iPod and you can connect it to your computer. I've done this before. This iPod transfer program helped me a lot on this

But if your iTouch broke, I think the last choice is to contact apple support team if you got the receipt.
